Typically, bonuses are "ON", even if not mentioned before the round.  If you had bonuses "ON" the last time you played, they are "ON" this time.  You must turn them "OFF" if you don't want to participate for the day, or against anyone in particular.  However, Herb reserves the right to play when he wants.  He isn't playing unless he feels good and declares that he is playing.  NEW:  Bonuses can be played between players in separate groups, if agreed upon.
